Please take a few minutes to read our new policies and procedures and what to expect at future appointments at EM Lash Studio.

  • Everyone, staff and clients, is required to wear a mask. If you arrive without a mask, you can purchase a disposable mask for $2.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, please wait at the salon’s door for a staff person to greet you before entering the salon.
  • You will be asked a few screening questions, such as if you are experiencing any symptoms, if you have flown or stayed at a hotel in the last 4 weeks, and if you are adhering to social distancing guidelines and not attending gatherings of more than 25 people.
  • You will be asked to sanitize your hands before entering the salon.
  • Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. This includes children.
  • Please leave extra bags, coats, and purses in your car or at home.
  • We will not be offering reading material at this time.
  • While at the salon, please practice social distancing.
  • If you arrive with symptoms, we will ask you to leave.
  • If you show symptoms mid-service, we will ask you to leave.
  • We ask you to please let us know as soon as you know that you are sick or have symptoms so we can reschedule your appointment.
  • We have implemented extra disinfecting procedures in the mornings and evenings, as well as throughout the day.
